A: Yes!!! Everyone is welcome into our safe space!

A: I require a card on file to ensure that appointment times are honored. This keeps no-call, no-shows and last-minute cancellations to a minimum, which means my waitlist for appointments is shorter!

A: No, I cannot see your card information. Your info is stored within the booking app, so I can enforce my cancellation policies. The only time. your card will be charged is at the end of your service or in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show.

A: In the event of a last-minute cancellation/no-show, it's unlikely that I will be able to fill your reserved appointment slot. If you don't show up for your appointment, I don't get paid. (These fees ensure that I can still pay my bills if I'm unable to fill your spot).

A: There are a few reasons why I may have denied your request. The most likely reasons would be that you selected the wrong amount of time for your service or you're a new client who has not booked a consultation yet. Whatever the case may be, I will reach out to let you know.

A: My prices are set based on a few different factors including my experience, expenses, and time required to provide the services requested.

If my pricing is out of your budget, I would be happy to refer you to another stylist who may be a better fit!

A: I take pride in what I do. However, if there is something that is not quite right after your appointment, I'm happy to make small adjustments as long as they are in line with the expectations that we set and agreed upon during our consultation.

A: Bohemian StyleHouse is a certified sustainable salon that has been able to divert about 90% of salon waste into a recyclery. They recycle foil, hair, color tubes, plastic bags, and more! Davines is our haircare and color line. This company heavily focuses on sustainability and offsetting carbon emissions. They are also committed to using renewable energy and do not test on animals.

A: I will do my best to respond to as many messages as I can during my business hours and at the end of the day. Chances are I'm either with a client or it's my day off. I do not answer my messages or DMs outside of my business hours. Should you have an emergency, please text the salon at (980) 890-4125 and someone will be able to assist you.
