POLICIES

24-hours notice is required for all reschedules and cancellations. In the event of a late cancellation, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and may not be allowed to reschedule.

 

 

Arriving 15 minutes late, or more, to your appointment may result in an abbreviated service or you may be asked to reschedule entirely. If an altered/abbreviated service Is able to be performed after a late arrival, you will still be charged based on the original amount of time scheduled.

 

 

Arriving 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-call, no-show.

 

 

I will NOT be able to schedule any future appointments for clients who fail to pay cancellation/late fees.
